MARLIES ZAMMUTO

Marlies Zammuto is the Deputy Executive Director of Training, Education and Program Development for Community Day Care Center of Lawrence, Inc., the Child Care Circuit and the Lawrence/Methuen Family Network. The program is located in Lawrence, Massachusetts. She has been an educator and trainer for over thirty years working with infants through elders. As a teacher, consultant, collaborator and facilitator she works with families, early care and education professionals, school-age providers, employers and health and human service providers in many diverse communities. She presents and facilitates trainings locally, regionally, statewide and nationally. She has conceptualized, developed and implemented a variety of family education, support and strengthening models in her community. Marlies is a recipient of the Citizens Who Care Award. She is a life long learner and believes very strongly in the wisdom of the groups with whom she works. She is the mother of three wonderful, creative sons.
